A Beach Retreat

Wonderful place right on the water

Our room was very close to the beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Not much Counter space for toiletries and groceries. But we made do. We also had to ask for towels each day. Wash clothes and hand towels were not available one day because the linen truck hasn’t arrived.

Stayed only one night, but wish it was longer! Room was nicely updated and all appliances were new. Owners were friendly and helpful. Kitchens decently equipped, but I didn't really use much. What makes this motel really noteworthy is the location right on the beach. Lots of places to sit on chairs and tables at motel, or grab a lounge chair and hang at the beach. The pictures do not lie! Highly recommended.

Very close to Beach. This unit the view of the beach was actually block by foliage. I just had to walk about 30 ft. to the beach. No Shampoo/Conditioner provided is really the only thing that I can say as a negative. I would stay again.

Very clean, close to the beach

I liked how close it was to the beach, restaurants and the boating life. All down to earth. Interiors could really use an update, kitchen was well equipped though.

These is very good place for when you need to relax from working year around, to unwind and relax and have a good time these has been one of our favorite

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The unit we stayed in was ok. The pictures that pops up for the unit we got does not match what is on Expedia. There are only two 1 bedroom units that match the pictures. They need to add curtains to it because of automatic lights, the bedroom looked like it was daylight during the night. The kitchen had most things you would need to do some cooking. The bed was comfortable. We had rental chairs and an umbrella delivered and that was a good deal. We stayed for 5 days and the last 2 days, the view of the beach was obstructed by temporary tents for a wedding on Saturday. They blew sand off the sidewalks and litterally left a new (rental vehicle) looking like it was an old vehicle. The beach is beautiful but is not my favorite beach. Sand is very coarse and the drop-off when you get in the water is close to the shore. Also, the sand in the water is not packed down and your feet sink several inches into the sand leaving you losing your balance at time's. They cannot control the beach and my rating really isn't effected by the beach. We enjoyed some of the local restaurants and enjoyed the live music. We did voice some of the issues with the staff and was told that we should have booked straight with them because their pictures match the unit numbers. They did offer us to move to one of the other rooms for part of the stay but we did not want to have to move everything again. Overall, this facility was ok. More for families, not couples.

Clean and nice. Steps from the beach. Courtyard had tables and chairs to view sunset. Room spacious and up to date. Will be back

Staff was friendly and helpful. The studio room we had was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed, sink, stove, fridge, coffee maker, etc. The walk from the room to the gorgeous beach was less than 2 minutes. The property is well kept and clean and in the perfect location. We will be back for years to come and so happy we chose to stay here!
