L'orsque nous somme arrivé la chambre qu'il nous avait reserver le plafond de la salle de bain coulais au dessus de la douche on a travailler fort pour changer de chambre et ils nous on envoyer dans une autre une chance.

The staff was awesome from check in, the gentleman was handled the check in on Monday was great. The gentleman working overnight (Claudio) was patient and helpful,the housekeeping staff on the second floor also awesome and finally Emily at checkout. Overall great service and customer satisfaction. The only gripe was for a couple of days the pool was a tad bit too hot( almost sauna type levels).

The hotel location is the only plus everything else I would rate from poor to terrible. There's no room service at all, the beds/roo wasn't cleaned even once while we were there, the pool was a hot tub, dated rooms, need a fresh paint and caulking and super hot with dirt everywhere. We asked for a refund and did not hear back will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I'm a bit disappointed with my recent visit. Although the hotel common areas were well kept, the room i stayed was in need of attention, specifically the bathroom. Some maintenance is definitely required. I understand some rooms have been renovated, but it was not the case for mine. Other than that, it was ok. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Would I come back ? Yes, on a renovated room. I really liked how easily it was to get to old Quebec City.

We stayed two nights. Upon arrival we were given a room with mold on the ceiling, dirty floors and walls. I requested another room and they gave upgraded us to a room with a balcony overlooking the pool. It was a bit more clean and wasn't as humid as the other room. The beds were fairly comfortable. Overall a very basic hotel that is good distance to the city. They certainly need to improve the cleanliness of the walls and floors. Seems like an easy fix to me.

I am so happy and very quiet place and the service communication. Very nice. I like this hotel.
