Ambassadeur Hotel

The hotel is showing its age which I guess they realize because they were renovating the room next to us. Pretty loud in the morning. The pool area was nice but the hot tub was cool and the pool was hot. Think some pipes were crossed.

The pool and lounging area was great.

Parking

Hotel service at front desk was good. I think we had a room upgrade however the room itself was a bit rough. Holes in wall. Patchwork in bathroom. Some furniture in poor repair. Because it seemed to be an upgrade we were fine with it. The pool hot tub area was very good. Overall it was a good stay.

Shappoi and soap are not good

Our stay was good. The bed and room was clean. Although the pool was warm and the hot tub was cold at the time. I wish there was a vault and microwave though.

We had booked an economy room with a queen bed, but were seemingly upgraded to a room featuring a king bed and jetted tub. The room was large and comfortable, with a great bed, a small table and a small kitchenette area with a microwave, coffee machine and fridge. Unfortunately the bathroom also seems to be incomplete - there were no hooks to hang towels, there didn’t seem to be any extractor fans by the toilet/shower area, and the shower door was filthy and not well functioning. There are other such things - example there is a phone, but no details on how to call housekeeping or front desk; and there is no documents on wifi or use of amenities. There was no housekeeping service despite staying 3 nights. We requested new towels and more toilet paper, and the initial request was answered the next day. We had gone and asked in the interim and did get service from the front desk.
