Ambassadeur Hotel

I love the quiet and homey atmosphere ahead. My only recommendation that I would say is that they should have like microwaves in the hotel rooms themselves instead of just the the lobby. Other than that everything was great. Staff were nice. People are great. I would definitely go again and the pool and the hot tub nice

Stayed 3 nights. Check was fast and easy. Rooms are dated and need some maintenance. No fan in the bathroom so mold growing around the edges of the ceiling. 4 bath towels, no hand towels or face cloths. Went to dollarama and bought some face cloths. No house keeping our entire stay. Asked for extra towels was told there was none because of the holiday (Labor Day). Hallways could use a vacuum, same pieces of plastic and other dirt there our whole stay. I would not recommend this place Spend a few more dollars and stay else where.

They didn’t provide trash bin in the room also they don’t provide microwave either.

We liked the pool with warm water and lots of plants around it. It was delightful to listen to the birds chirping in the morning.

Staff is helpful and co-operative. Rooms AC unit is too noisy.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights as we were on a family vacation! The hotel was great and it was near the main tourist attractions. The lobby was amazing along with the service! Definitely recommend this hotel for travellers visiting Quebec!

great location just off the downtown (a $15 uber ride let you avoid any parking issues or driving in unfamiliar streets as well as lets you enjoy the many options of entertainment and pubs without the issue of driving)
