Stayed for nights, hotel didn't clean the room, Didn't change the towels.

The room was spacious and beautiful.

J’ai vraiment aimé la piscine, le spa, le lit très confortable et mon fils a vraiment aimé le séjour.

AC system too noisy

I read the reviews and figured some people were just picky, I now understand what they were talking about. The room I was given on the 2nd floor was absolutely disgusting; questionable marks on the walls and surfaces, floors coming apart, mould all over the shower. I showed some photos at reception and I was offered a different room. The new room on the 3rd floor was a big improvement, though still had mould in the shower. I went back to reception with photos and the response was a snotty ‘well, we don’t have any more rooms’. I asked if they had any bleach and was told that maintenance would be sent up - never happened. The beds were comfortable, though the bedding was questionable. The A/C was extremely loud. The building does seem to be falling apart which is a real shame because you can see how beautiful it once was. My kids enjoyed the pool, which is the main reason I chose this hotel. The hot tub is missing a stone on the interior, and the jets don’t work. The handrails are very loose for both the hot tub and the pool. There is a large chunk of drywall that is missing on the main wall. I don’t see how this place is up to code, but it would be wonderful if they could restore it.
