It was a ok experience

Unfortunately as CEO of QJHA,I was not too impressed with the front desk manager who was very unprofessional, as well the hallway carpets were very souled and dirty and needed washing, the first room that I was given was very unhealthy as well as unsafe,with no secondary blot lock,the bedding was not appropriate for sleeping.The second room that the manager gave me was just as bad, finally a more refine blond young lady gave me another room that was ok but had air conditioning problems as well as the secondary bolt lock that was broken.I will never ever stay at that hotel.I paid twice the price for a room that was avertised at a lower price.Not too impressed

The air conditioning was extremely loud and we moved to another room and wasn't much better

Bel hôtel, à un prix abordable. Propre, staff gentil. Je n'ai pas vu la piscine, mais il y en a une. Petite machine à café dans la chambre ainsi qu'un petit réfrigérateur. Le micro-ondes est à l'accueil. Un séchoir à cheveux et un fer à repasser s'y trouvent aussi. Lits assez confortables, un plus mou et l'autre plus dur. Téléviseur. La maintenance de ménage se fait à partir du 3e jour. Assez satisfaits pour le prix.

The hotel stay was a pleasant experience. It was clean and conveniently located close to the Quebec City. The best was the availability of parking area and access to lots of eateries, making a late night return from the city convenient for me and my girlfriend.

Room was spacious and clean. A bit out dated but, it was perfect for what we needed. I ended up staying another night because the location was perfect. Free parking. Kind and courteous staff. Thank you. I will be back.

Clean and a great location.

Stayed 3 nights, Check in fast and friendly. Rooms are dated and need some maintenance. No fan in bathroom so mold growing around edges. 4 both towels, no hand towels, no face cloths , bought some at dollarama. No house keeping for our full stay. Asked for some clean towels told none available because of holiday. Hotel almost empty can't figure out why they couldn't get from another room. Customer service is not there. Hallways could use a vacuum, same pieces of torn plastic along with lots of other dirt was there our whole stay. Would not recommend this place to family or friends.
