Sheraton Rockville Hotel

Room was comfortable. All staff provided excellent service. Very professional, helpful and kind.

They changed for parking. 15$ per day I asked to extend my stay for 9 more days with the same rate and they jack up the price. I moved to another hotel up the street they gave me free parking and early check in .

You get a good room and good location for what you pay. It’s worth it.

Service: I asked for a wine opener at front desk and was told please bring it back here. I felt it was not really hard for the staff to come back and grab it if they needed it.

Bed was comfortable. Shower good.

No convenient electrical plugs for electronics. Ants in bathroom and nightstand. No bars for towels iin bathroom. No coffee in lounge for morning,.

The decor was really beautiful. The room was clean & comfortable.

The cleaning staff did a wonderful job but threw away food that I had plan to eat later.

Room has microwave and refrigerator.

I didn’t bring toothpaste due to the TSA regulations. Now a days most hotels has small toothpaste along with other cosmetic products. It will be better to keep a small toothpaste in the bathroom.

I did not have breakfast at the hotel. However the sheets and towels looked grumpy like they didn’t change them. I asked for new ones

The bed, sheets and the towels looked grumpy as if they were not changed and I had to go downstairs to the receptionist to get fresh ones myself because your hotel had no room service at the time I requested for assistance and your hotel blankets are very thin for a hotel.
