Good location.

We had 2 nights there and 2nd night they vacancy my room and same one getting into our room. We got lucky because and the same time we were right behind them and showed our room number. Still unprofessional service from the Sheraton hotel.

Liked the location and the appearance snd the staff. I think I was having a bit of a bedbug problem in my first room, but they let me switch rooms the 2nd night before I went to bed. Had no buf problem in new room.

Manuel and Rafaella who are the kitchen staff are the best. They made me lunch even though the kitchen was not open. They understood that I had been travelling since 3am and no food was offered on both flights I was on. So they said not to worry and they would take good care of me until I left the next day!
