Best Western Hotel La Solara

Beautiful hotel w a panoramic pool. Our room is cleaned daily w fresh towels. Staff are amazing and helpful. Shuttle service is on time.

This was my second stay at La Solara, and it was just as good as the first time. I have stayed at quite a few hotels in Sorrento, and as a solo female traveller, this is the only hotel in town where I have felt completely comfortable. The hardworking staff are all incredibly helpful and polite. I feel like I didn't say thank you enough to all of them individually. The food options at breakfast and dinner are excellent. And the cocktails at the bar are cheaper than my local bars in London! The lunch menu is a little pricey, but the portions are big and very tasty. The pool area was kept immaculately clean. And there was always sun loungers and deck chairs available at any time of day. The shuttle bus into the centre of town was very reliable. The driver would even make an extra stop en route for those who wanted a bit of a walk into town when the pavements started or couldn't cope with the stairs down at the bus stop. The only small negative is that I didn't book a couple of trips that I wanted to do, as the first shuttle bus of the day wouldn't get me into town early enough for the start of the trips. Overall, an incredibly relaxing and enjoyable holiday. And I will definitely return one day.

Very big portions at dinner (tea) we often couldnt finish! Special thanks to Sonya. Thought the ice creams and sprites were expensive and told them so. The included shuttle bus is very reliable for getting into town and back, but if you want to visit one of the nearby beaches your'e on thr road - no pavement. Tea and Coffee in the room. Capri and pompeii do it yourself but we took the Tui excursion for Amalfi coast.

Posizione ottima, con vista su Capri e sul Vesuvio.

Poca attenzione al servizio, all arrivo nonostante fosse stato riferito che era disponibile la colonnina di ricarica advuso gratuito, non ho potuto usufruire poiché entrambe le wallbox "Tesla" (una aveva il cavo danneggiato) non erogavano energia, problema che non sono stati in grado di risolvere (dando la colpa alla mia auto "nuovissima"), inoltre il giorno successivo al mio arrivo si sono dimenticati di rassettare la stanza, ho dovuto chiedere alle 17 di sistemarla, dovendo aspettare nella saletta, dati i disagi mi sarei aspettato almeno un caffè omaggio ma a quanto pare non è nella loro politica di fatto anche il caffè preso nell attesa che venisse pulita la camera mi e stato addebitato tra gli extra.....

El paisaje . Tuvimos una linda experiencia recomiendo ir en coche , si les gusta la aventura pueden ir a comer o cenar al lado de la playa se come súper bien Mucha paz !!!

Posizione, servizi, pulizia, colazione, navetta, cordialità e professionalità dello Staff. Soggiorno d'oro.

Struttura dotata di una piscina comodissima e con un ampio solarium dove potersi rilassare ammirando la costa. Ottimo il servizio navetta tramite il quale poter comodamente raggiungere il centro città dopo aver consumato una altrettanto ottima ed abbondante colazione.

Forse meriterebbe una graduale ristrutturazione

We returned from La Solara last week and can't recommend this hotel enough. We had the most wonderful stay. From the time we checked in until we left we were made to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Special shout out to Giovanni and Ben - wonderful guys! The check in team were very friendly and we were thankful of the meal we received on arrival after a long day travelling and not arriving at the hotel until 22.30, Guiseppe who served us was lovely. The pool area is spotless, Antonio and his team take great care of you! Our room was spacious and in a traditional Italian style (obsessed with the yellow and blue floor tiles!) which only added to the charm of the hotel, with a good sized balcony overlooking the pool. The housekeeping team work very hard, our room was cleaned every day. The food was AMAZING! Top Marks to the chefs. The shuttle bus worked perfectly, we liked being just outside of the hustle and bustle of the centre of Sorrento. Thanks La Solara - we will definitely be back x
