"Superstar staff"

5 out of 5. Mark who was running the concierge desk was amazing. We weren’t stay here and we came and asked for his help as we booked an Uber to get to the airport and it never turned up. The superstar Mark jumped into action booked a private car dealt with everything for us and save the day. I’d highly recommend staying here as the staff couldn’t do enough to help us.

"Worst hotel ever!!"

I would never stay there again. Rooms were dark and mostly too noisy with rooms open to Route 70 traffic. Gym was so full of equipment no room to do floor exercises. Concierge no where to be found. I had a very important Zoom type call and asked the front desk where I could do as my wife would be sleeping. It was suggested restaurant/bar which would not open until a few hours later and where our wedding brunch had been day before. I settled in quietly with all my notes and papers for a call. Halfway thru the GM demanded I move immediately while I was leading the call and wouldn’t even wait until there was a natural break in the mtg. The closest space was noisy with people coming and going, not conducive to an important mtg. Where I was was not disturbing anybody and she could have let me stay as there was no one there and would be that way for hours. She demanded to know who had suggested the space like I had gotten a permission slip. I have traveled all over the world and never was treated so poorly and would never stay at this property ever again.

We will be back! The location is great for exploring the Vail Village and located near several dining options. We enjoyed the lobby lounge areas as well as the live music from the bar lounge. The rooms were clean and the maid service each day was nice. Thanks to all the staff!!
