Great location!! Everyone was so nice!

The views were stunning especially from our room with sea view. I liked the location, my family was fishing everyday and I loved seeing the boats come in from my balcony and going to the harbor to greet them. The balcony was where we spent evenings playing cards and having drinks overlooking the harbor, that was perfection!

We would have liked some service at the poolside. It is such a beautiful spot but there was no one available to offer any snacks or drinks. I feel like the hotel has a huge opportunity to make that experience much better, even have some soft lounge or localized music by the pool would have been lovely and relaxing. I think the lunch and bar business could multiply 100 times if there was more effort to grow that business. As a former restaurant owner I noticed many people stop to look at menu and then walk inside and there was no one around to offer them a nice lunch experience or to simply stop and have a drink. I felt like they lost many customers due to this. Maybe this is the way the business wants to operate but I saw such massive opportunity and because the hotel is so special I wanted more for them.

Staff muito atencioso, atentos e preocupados com o conforto dos hóspedes, excelente pequeno almoço. Bem localizado. Mas o serviço foi sem dúvida a melhor parte da estadia.

Ter sido recusado usar a piscina porque seria hora de refeições e as mesas estão colocadas junto a piscina

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist ausgezeichnet.

1. Service-Personal wollte unserem Wunsch das Nachtessen draussen einzunehmen nicht nachkommen, obwohl ein Tisch frei war. 2. Das Zimmer (Nr. 120) war ein Eckzimmer, ohne Balkon und sehr klein. Das wurde in der Ausschreibung so nicht deklariert und dementsprechend enttäuscht waren wir.
