Friendly environment. Very clean and quiet. Lots to do in the area.

A nice, quiet, clean motel. Affordable too! We had a microwave, fridge, and small coffee pot in our room. I would definately stay here again!

Carpets were dirty

Hard to find in-room jacuzzis now-a-days, but for the price I’d stay there again. The room was a little dated, but nothing worth not getting. Due to the fact that it is reopening and with only few staff there was dust within the cabinets, but other than the room was clean. On the other side of that, there were no other residents within the hotel, so it was very quiet! 8/10

Much better looking on the inside than the out. When we pulled up it looked dumpy but the inside was fine. Nice man at office.

It was great, let me check in early and very convenient and close to all the attractions in Hershey. I went to Guns n Roses concert at Hershey stadium and parked in the tailgating parking lot which was right down the road. Hotel was very clean and comfortable, I don't know why I see bad reviews on here. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice clean quiet hotel great for a nights stay.

Very nice place with excellent location

I booked this hotel for my stay with my boyfriend. Upon arriving, we had to be called to be greeted. Once checked in, we made our way to our suite. Upon entering the room, my boyfriend and I sat down and I realized there was a roach crawling towards me. It was also not a small roach. This made us want to investigate and look around. As we looked, we came across baby roaches behind the sofa, near the refrigerator in the room, as well as inside the kitchen cabinet near the fridge. When I got the front desk man on the phone to explain this, he didn’t come to speak to me in the front and told me that there was no manager on site to help me with a refund. Mind you, I have photos of bugs and what looked like eggs or feces from the bugs. When I reached out to Expedia, they stated that the hotel will not refund me for the two nights, even though the night we checked in, we had to leave and had to pay a lot of money for a new hotel. This was such a terrible and uncomfortable experience and I wish this doesn’t happen to anyone else. We couldn’t even get another hotel until 2:30 AM. Waited over an hour and a half in my car until we can find a new place to stay. The place was also beaten down and dirty. Would absolutely not recommend to anyone.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel needs a face-lift. Pool area need's to be fully upgraded. Vending machines need to be replaced.
