Location and shuttle service to town

I didn’t like that we were charged an extra 25 dollar fee for every night we stayed. This was not something that booking let us know prior to our reservation and we were going with friends who were not charged this fee

Our suite was so incredibly beautiful and comfy. We had a full kitchen with all the needed items to make dinner. The bathroom was very modern and spacious .

The room was huge with kitchen, family room, and a great Bathroom. Plus it was half the price of the hotel section (Grand Meritage). It had a fireplace, and the kitchen was fully stocked. They even gave us a free bottle of wine. The resort area had 4 winery tasting rooms, and multiple restaurants onsite.

The resort was going though a renovation, so it was a bit noisy and messy in the hallways. A couple of the restaurants were closed for renovation as well.

It was very big and always seemed busy. Close to everything.

That we booked a king suite and with 4 of us adults we ended up in a studio instead. This I guess was due to renovations going on at the resort. Was a little tight for all 4 of us and we made it work for the four nights. The resort still had not compensated us two nights like they stated they would for the inconvenience of space for our stay. Booking. com said they would take care of notifying the resort for us to get our money back since we paid them directly. I do not see that happened with a refund yet. Otherwise everything else was good.

Poor service

The 1 bedroom is nice, its like a mini 1bd room apartment, full kitchen, big bathroom, big jetted tub...never get a studio, its not worth it in my opinion. Staff is very nice and helpful. So far ive stayed their twice and will soon return.

We have stayed at the Vino Bello many times over the past 6 years and have always enjoyed our visit. Check in was quick. The room was clean. The property will be beautiful when the renovation / construction is complete.

We did not like being uninformed that the Cabernet building was under renovation until March 2024. No numbers on the units, no television service, early morning noise from the work crew, the bed was uncomfortable. Parking is filled with construction workers so it is a more difficult situation than usual. Despite attempts to mitigate the effects of construction, we feel that the room air quality was poor. We both woke with sinus issues. It was two of the the most uncomfortable nights that we have ever spent at the Vino Bello. A note to future guests, please be sure to ask for a room in a building that is not undergoing renovation. Staff seems unconcerned about guest experience. They did not even ask about our stay on check out. Check in and out is process oriented and not customer focused.
