Checked in during week day parking was fine, weekend came No Parking!!!!!!

Property was great. Love the kitchen in the room. Pool and hot tub were fabulous. Nice to have a balcony. Negative was our room overlooked the back of the Meritage where all the food deliveries go and the dumpsters are. Garbage collection at 0300 was not good for sleep nor was the dropping of large garbage objects at 0100. Overall the resort was fabulous for our 4 day trip to Napa. If I would have known about the location of the room before check in I would have asked for a different room.

Do not. I repeat DO NOT book here. I booked 3 rooms back in January which was prepaid. As of yesterday, five months later and 3 days before we are supposed to arrive, we received an email that they were "unable to accommodate the reservation". Now we are left scrambling to find a suitable hotel room for three couples in Napa valley (not easy). After many phone calls, I was told this happens all the time and everyone just places the blame on Wyndham vacations (who conveniently doesn't answer their phones). Whoever is to blame, I would recommend you stay clear of this place. Conveniently, there has been no comment on when we will get our money back that was paid directly to the resort. What once was a vacation we were all looking forward to has become a complete nightmare because of this shady hotel group.

Small beds and limited parking.

They canceled my reservation 24 hours before I was supposed to check in. This left me no time while I was traveling to book something else… And when you book something last-minute in a place like Napa it cost you an absolute fortune. Save yourself the trouble and don’t book here!

I'm leaving a one star only because for all three nights me and my wife on her birthday had a walk a block to our car every night All three days we had to walk off the property and down the street An entire city block . My car got so many water spots from a sprinkler . A car wash didn't fix it. I had to pay for a hand wash after a regular car wash. Brand new Lexus with the most hardest water spots all over the intire car. What kind of company is so greedy that they pack their hotel and the customers have to park down the street. It makes no sense but greed. The TVs kept losing signal, and the TVs are so old you can barely hear. The pipes in the bathroom whenever you run them the whole wall shakes like it's Armageddon .Nobody could sleep if somebody was taking a shower. I mean u charge a resort fee for what ????????? Every time I called, nobody answered. I called over the three days at least eight times I tried all the different lines and all it did is ring so again, I asked what is the resort fee really for if you get this kind of service?????????. And before I came. I called for days and it just rings and I couldn't get through for days. I actually never got through. I had to call their corporate one 800 number and they kept telling me to call and they'll answer so I did but they never did. This place is a fancy joke of a place. Between what I just went through for the three days this place is horrible. I can't believe I stayed here before and I came back to this. There's nothing they can say or do they know what they're doing they can keep their FAKE apologies to themselves
