Location was great, property was beautiful. Staff was nice for the most part.

Rooms not ready by check-in. They ran out of bell carts. TV channel reception was TERRIBLE. One channel in the bedroom. Worst of all, they double charged me and still haven't fixed it!!

Arrived at 4PM for check in and room was not available unit 6:45 PM. The reason was they were cleaning the room. At check out I tried to call for a 1/2 hour on the phone and it kept disconnecting. Was told I would receive a refund for 2 nights - never happened.

Nice location pretty close to downtown Napa. Loved the pool and hot tub.

Parking was tough in the lot and we had to park on the street our second night so maybe more parking is needed.
