Vino Bello Resort

I booked my trip 5 months ago and just received a call that my reservation was cancelled due to overbooking. I paid in full for 3 nights and was excited to stay hear as I’m attending a concert at Meritage. Now I have to figure out accommodations last minute. Vino Bello this is not right and such an inconvenience and this treatment is not okay. There’s no way you were overbooked in March for an August stay.

Pool, sauna

Front desk staff was rude, prematurely charged us for late check out and didn’t take it off the invoice until we pointed it out.

It was right where our concert was.

Rooms are dated, it isn’t walkable to anywhere, food and coffee on resort is shocking awful considering the high quality food and coffee availability in the area and very overpriced. But my biggest complaint is that they didn’t honor the price I booked at and didn’t rectify the issue when it was brought to their attention.

The room and amenities are generally all great, esp for families that need a kitchenette. The pool, restaurants and flat turf areas for young kids to run around we're perfect for us. The only thing lacking is probably the pace of service. They mentioned they were short staffed, so asking for additional items like blankets, towels, taking out the trash, etc. took the full day and additional reminders to get the items in.

We stayed in a studio unit for 4 nights. Parking can be a challenge at this resort. The room was adequate for two people but the air conditioner was super loud and we had to turn it off at night to sleep. We had some noisy neighbors next door and also above us. I had trouble calling the front desk as I just end up being on hold forever. We enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine in the room. There is a trail up the hill in the back of the resort that has wonderful views of the valley. Overall, it was a relaxing trip to Napa and would love to visit again.

Still here but so disappointed that I have to write a review now. Water is leaking from ceiling in the bathroom. I have called it in twice and was told they are sending someone to fix it. No one has come. I asked for towels this a.m. No one has come.
