Vino Bello Resort

Room size. Balcony. Fireplace. Jetted tub.

Outdated TV with limited channels. Traveled with 2 kids and there was no kid channels. TV not able to stream unlike other hotels we’ve stayed at. We had a lot of luggage, called front desk 5 times for bell boy to come with rolling cart and help bring luggage to car. No one ever came. Took us 3 trips back and forth from car to room to get all of our things, which was very inconvenient. Other than that everything else was good.

Arrived at the resort excited. But that didn't last long. The folks at the fromt desk were very nice in explaining they were sold out of my room type but would do their best to accommodate me.

Nothing special about the property. It was quiet. Staff was cordial. We were notified that housekeeping wouldn't be coming to our room daily due to the nunber of days we stayed. We checked in Thursday and checked out Sunday. However, she did state if we needed anything to call the front desk. At check-in, we were told there would be a $100 a day resort fee and a hold for incidentals totaling $1300. The vacation was booked and paid in full, the only amount due at the property indicated on the receipt was $136 due at the property. She did mention that the charge would drop off after we checked out. We reserved a studio but it was too small. The tv was mounted on the wall in the kitchen area next to the microwave, there was a sofa that seemed too large for the space and a small dining table with 2 chairs. We spoke with the front desk and she was kind enough to move us to a 1-bedroom which gave us the space we needed. I also mentioned to her the $1300 charge, showed her the email I received and she assured me the charge would drop off. The grounds were average but some of the buildings needed pressure washing as well as the sidewalks and parking lot. Two 50 -minute, $180 massages ended up costing $490 after addiotnal fees and gratuity were added, which seems like the extra fees would have been included in the resort fee but the massage was good. I would probably choose another resort that offered more amenities to justify the costs & fees

They overcharged us and refuse to return the money. My husband tried his best, now I’m about to get involved and being my lawyer in. Beware and make sure you see a print out of your bill before leaving, none of those fast checkout automated options.

Location, amenities, staff are great. Rooms are well stocked with everything that you need. Pool Area with several grills fantastic.

I paid in full with booking.com - yet they double-charged me upon check-in. Got a refund but then same thing happened at checkout. Incompetent staff tried to charge me full price AGAIN even though i have a prepaid booking. So now after checkout I have a mystery $100 charge to my card and the concerege will not call me back to tell me what is going on. I've been calling every day for 13 days with no response. Will file chargeback and never stay here again. The staff is absolutely unorganized and incompetent.

Convenient clean and full of amenities. Had two babies with us and the room had everything we needed.

Facilities were great

Our fridge leaked and a repair man had to fix it. Plus the washer/dryer was not working. An error message popped up.
