I liked the location was close to the event I attended. I liked the property appearance. I thank you for the bottle of wine.

My room was not available until 2 hours after designated time. I didn’t like that the studio has a high tub to step into to take a shower.

As all the others have stated, this place is a nightmare. I booked our 1 bed condo 8 months in advance & paid in advance. After doing so, I read a few of the reviews but decided to go with because it was just what we were looking for. Upon arrival, at 7:30pm, there was a summer concert going on across the street at The Meritage. Parking was horrendous, so I went in to register while my husband fortunately,found a place to park. We were told, that they had "good news & bad news". They did not have a condo available for us, but the good news was that they could put us in a hotel room across the street at The Meritage where a really loud & obnoxious concert was going on. We stood firm. We needed a kitchen because of dietary issues. The 2 employees went in the back for about 10 mins while we stood there wondering. Then they came out & said they found a condo for us. It was absolutely perfect and very quiet. We couldn't even hear the concert. We were there for NASCAR, & when we returned Sunday evening after a long day at the races there was another concert going on! When we got to our room , the people upstairs were having a very loud party. We had to sleep with our race earplugs in. But they did shut off by 10:30 so we didn't complain. I don't what the deal is with The Meritage, but I feel they are incoots with them. The restaurant that Meritage's claims to have on property is actually across the street at Vino Bello. These 2 places are so inter -mixed!

Nice pool and hot tub, liked that it had in room washing machine, bed comfortable. Wine was nice touch

We had no hot water our entire stay. The air conditioner sounded like an airplane taking off. We couldn’t hear the tv or speak to each other without yelling bc it was so loud. Bathroom door needs a latch to allow it to stay open Inadequate lighting in bathroom. Even the makeup mirror was barely lit

No tea in room. Ice machines are not convenient; not well lit for security.
