"Bad"

Our stay at this hotel in Egypt was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we checked in, everything was disorganized and disappointing. The air conditioner in our room was completely broken, and despite repeatedly calling reception, it took almost 2 hours just to change our room. After a long day of travel, this was absolutely unacceptable. None of the outdoor pools were heated, and even the indoor pool was not working at all. This felt very misleading. The guest relations representative, was extremely unprofessional and unable to handle even basic guest concerns properly. Unfortunately, the same applies to the front desk manager, who showed no real interest in resolving issues or improving the situation. The hygiene standards of some staff members also need serious improvement. On top of that, the hotel was overcrowded and clearly unprepared to deal with the number of guests. The staff seemed poorly trained, overwhelmed, and unable to manage complaints or provide proper service. Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

The staff is truly friendly and professional. It was my birthday and (Mirate) set a surprise for me bringing an amazing cake. They made my day better. Definitely not the last stay.
