Worst hotel experience of my life. Souled and stained sheets. Door didn’t lock. Towels never changed and very small. Air conditioning sub standard. Bathroom unpleasant. Ventilation horrible.

Great location, easy walk to beach and downtown restaurants, and shopping.

Room had some maintenance issues. Street parking is weird. Some sections are metered only, while others are by permit only.

Quiet and close to the beach, nice staff

They tried to make it clean but it was old and dirty. I thought this might be the case so I brought my own linen. For just needing a bed and shower (with no light) it was sufficient

Nothing to be honest, the pictures looks really good compared with the actually place, place was old, dirty, it looks very sketchy, I didn’t spend the night there as a soon as I saw my room I felt very uncomfortable and insecure, I booked another hotel right away

No free parking, outlet not working, mold in the AC, smelled like weed as soon as you enter in the hallway of the room, bed look old, it was a bad experience

The room smelled like cigarette smoke, the bathroom floor was soaking wet with foot prints upon check in, the sheets were visibly dirty, the ac unit was very moldy, there was a dirty shirt in front of the beds head board from a previous guest staying there, the stairs and decking are falling apart, and finally a piece of brick mold from the door going inside the building fell on my head as I was standing outside.

Ugh! Noisy. Not handicapped accessible. Walls are so thin you can hear everything in the next room. Dirty floor and shower. Overloaded electrical outlets.
