great location and looked like a safe area

There was hair on the pillow and on the floor，and the sheet looked dirty not clean，which was disappointing！

I expected it to be the bare minimum. Just needed a bed and a shower which it had and that was it. The AC did not cool off the room, being in the 3rd floor was not comfortable. Our window faced the main road and the blinds did not close so no privacy. Parking was included at no extra cost.

Staff is nice. It’s one block from the beach so that is great. The room, however, looks like I would imagine an apartment used to cook meth in deep Appalachia would look. Lights hanging out the wall, mold, a futon with spring poking, unwashed floor/everything, general aroma of mold, a bathroom door that will not close let alone lock, ants, etc etc. use your imagination. Think flop house Parking is less than desirable BUT it is the beach so it’s par for the course trying to locate street parking. We will never stay here again.

The location and price

The room was a hole in the wall, there was no walking space in the room. Roaches in the sink and smelled of mold. I see why the place was so check for being right next to the boardwalk

Close to beach and price was reasonable

Filthy. Arrived at this property and given a parking pass for the city but you cant park at meters, so trying to find parking is ridiculous. Or the manager tells you you can park in a lot but you may or may not be blocked in until you leave. Booked an upstairs "1 bedroom apartment" which had a full bed with dirty sheets. A futon with a brick for a mattress. And a twin blow up bed that deflates in no time, even though the room is advertised differently. The floor needed to be vacuumed upon entry because there was filth and sand left on the floor. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher. It was myself, my mother, and my 2 children and I didnt even feel safe there. Took my family to the beach and when we got back to wind down and relax, it was impossible. There was exposed wires, unsafe outlets. By 8pm I was booking elsewhere, and when I returned my key to the manager and said we couldn't stay there, it wasn't a place for children especially.. All he said was "oh really?" I was booked for 2 nights and was agreeable to pay for 1 night considering we were inside the room for a short time, however property will not refund and will not allow you to modify your booking. Management will not answer calls or messages. Theres a reason why they make you pay in full at time of booking and will not allow refunds. This place is TRASH.

For $138 we got a bed a bathroom and a TV. Incredible price for a block away from the beach That was the best thing about this hotel
