Comfort Inn & Suites Harrisburg-Hershey North

The location and newly renovated bathroom was great.

The hall and elevator need refurbishing.

Breakfast included round eggs, sausage patties and links, waffle maker and pastries. Pool was nice before checking out

Overall an awful stay. We booked 3 rooms.. upon arrival in room one the fridge had mold, no soap in bathroom, and missing smoke detectors. The second room we recieved a key that accessed an already booked room. The replacement room key led to a room in which only one of two beds was prepared or made and also had mold in the fridge. The third room was never recieved due to the hotel over booking rooms. Staff was unhelpful. Hotel was overall in poor condition and we will never be returning

Convenient location

One of the staff had booked on top of my room causing me to have a relocation and an unsuitable Room, continued to tell me they had no booking when I called the night before as well as showing them confirmation

Awful experience. They didn’t have the original room (king size bed) so they put us in a double bed room, where Our toilet didn’t work. I was told we’d get a discounted rate and they didn’t. We went to the front desk and after talking for 30 mins about the toilet and the room, they finally changed our room but it wasn’t ready. Other customers were saying they weren’t allowed to check in because the hotel didn’t have their reservation and some rooms were double booked!!! I called choice hotels and they couldn’t do anything. The hotel won’t answer calls and won’t help.

Rooms were cleaned, staff was friendly but limited to communicate. Whilenthe layndry felt clean, sheets were too wrinkled.. AC was loud but working. Only one night so not too bad.

Rooms should be properly cleaned. Hair in shower and bed sheets. Housekeeping only came on day of checkout. Bring your sanitizing wipes and maybe your own sheets. Otherwise an affordable stay near Hershey.

Cancelled trip when we were already at the park leaving us basically stranded…
