The rook wasn’t ready, and when we arrive later the door was open, in the morning housekeeping tried to enther to the room even with the sign. The hotel location and comfort is good but they need to improve their service

Beer bottles and caps left in room. Shampoo and soap bottles not on holder or missing. Shower floor not clean. Badly stained towels.

The hotel's proximity to Hershey Park is great, it took about 15 minutes to drive to the park each day. There was free breakfast which was awesome with little children.

On the weekend days, most of the time at breakfast was spent waiting for them to bring out more food little by little while everything was empty. Also, the trash would be overflowing and nobody was checking on it so my mother was compelled to remove the bag from the can so people could fit additional trash into the bag. The pool was closed and looked like a scene from a horror film it was so disgusting and clearly has not been in service for quite some time. We had an issue where we needed the bedding to be replaced on one of our beds. I made the front desk aware of the situation while we were at breakfast that morning and let them know we'd be heading to the park for the day, so there would be no rush. I placed the soiled bedding outside our door and it was picked up prior to us even leaving for the day. When we returned, the bed was still stripped so I went down to ask for sheets and blankets and I was handed a couple sheets and told they didn't have any blankets at the moment they were in the housekeeping area. After some time, another member of our party went to ask and was again handed sheets and told there wasn't a blanket available. I went down to the desk AGAIN to request a blanket be taken from an empty room or if we could have a different sized blanket because we have a toddler and preschooler who need a blanket. I was told it wasn't laundry day and there weren't any available. Additionally, I had prepaid for the hotel prior to arriving yet the property continually tried to charge my card for the full amount so many times that my credit card flagged it for fraud.

Not my favorite hotel

We arrived well after check in time and there was no one at the desk with a sign (which was on its side) to say they would be back in 10 minutes. They came back and checked us in… but the room wasn’t clean. We left and came back in the evening. The room was dirty. Had a two bedroom room, one bed had a cigarette burn on the bed sheet. We abandoned that bed. The pillows were good. The bed was too hard though. The tv was good with lots of choices. The bathroom was ok although I did discover a significant leak one morning at 3am. I dealt with it myself and cleaned up the mess (I don’t report it because I don’t think they would have done anything about it anyway). Whilst cleaning the water up from the tap leak, I saw various bugs on the floor including two large cockroaches. I would recommend avoiding the breakfast offerings entirely. There were a couple of greedy families there who took all the food to their bedrooms. I asked if they had any eggs (I had seen a single egg available the day before). The lady returned with a bunch of cold eggs. There was a microwave so I could reheat it. I didn’t bother visiting on our final day. It just wasn’t worth the risk of getting ill and there were extremely limited options anyway. The room we had was spacious and the noise wasn’t dreadful. We did see some people taking drugs outside by the car park when we first arrived but didn’t see them on the further visits. The owners seemed friendly whenever I saw them. It’s ok to sleep and leave…

Decent hotel. Could be a little cleaner, especially around check in location, very messy!

Issue with TV remote. Had to go to office twice to resolve.

Hotel smelled like smoke the moment we walked in the door. Check-in was super slow and front desk staff did not speak good English. Once in the room the smoke smell was worse in the bathroom so we kept the door closed. Our AC never worked in the room. It stayed 75-80* all night. The bed also creaked every time you moved, waking everyone in the room up. We were supposed to stay two nights, we only stayed once.

The place its not bad,, it worth what you pay for 1 or 2 days,, you cant expect a luxurious hotel for the price

Check in is at 3 PM. We got there at 10 PM and our room still was not ready. They gave us a different room. It was 90° outside and the air conditioner didn’t work. So we tried for room three and that room was decent enough to stay in.
