Family environment

Location very convenient to where we were visiting.

Had to move rooms 3 times, with once being at 3:30 am. Staff was very hard to locate and sometimes none at all. Trash was in the hallway and smelled very intense. Towels had questionable brown stains and comforter had a huge pink stain. Beds were okay but I don't think I would stay again.

Good breakfast but Horrible and uncomfortable noisy bed

They are trying to update but have a little more to do. Staff was great and breakfast was good.

We went to check in and were told they had no rooms and hotel was booked They would not call Expedia nor help us by calling other hotels to find a hotel that had rooms He told us that Expedia was at fault ; that Expedia booked a room that was never available He told us that Expedia was accountable to refund my money and they should have notified me that hotel did not have a reservation for myself and 2 small children we were sent to look for another hotel by ourselves at 1am and did not get our monies back

There was roaches in the room

Terrible. Booked with Expedia and went to check in and they told me they have no rooms and it never came up in the que. do not stay here terrible staff and customer service

This property had roaches me and my family drove from Buffalo NY to Hershey Park and stayed here 2 of our rooms had roaches and there was no one on staff to assist they left a note at the desk to call for issues. My cousins room had to be switched due to the lack of cleanliness. They also cancelled my other cousins room due to “no rooms available” they cancelled her room at 6pm when check in is at 3pm and had already taken the money off her card. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
