Very big, cleaned rooms and the most important thing for me is a good service of the staff! Everyone is greetings the customers from morning to midnight all very polite! 👍🥰 Great service!

Only thing is quite pricey! Asking for deposits for 20,000 pesos goodness me. And I booked the room and I didn’t expected that I will be away from my friend’s room area . So what happened is I requested again to be shift again to another room which is closer to my family friends. Kinda a bit upset and I have to pay another extra??? Miss Hana was assigned that afternoon. But she was kind and accommodating. I hope next time no need asked to pay extra. That’s all. Thank you so much . Jeanette

"Great value for money"

Perfect location, right on the beach, quiet and peaceful. Excellent restaurants and facilities, in particular the seafood and Italian restaurants were exceptional. Staff very friendly and helpful. Wonderful spa with great massage.

The bed is very uncomfortable.

The best place that you can stay while you are in Cebu. Ampy from Play Area, she is a gem. She make sure that my kids are safe while we went for our massage time. Came back, kids are happy and wanted to stay more but we run out of time. We defitely visit and stay again when we come back. Thanks Shangrila, you never fail us❤️
