Location and facilities

The bed was too tiny we had 2 years old baby it was hard to sleep all together.. I recommend only single person is perfect but still 2 person can sleep together if one person is thin 😬😀

nous sommes arrivés à 14h ( check-in 15h).La chambre était prête mais si nous demandons le Check-in,on nous facturera 25 dollars!!! Il a fallu prendre notre mal en patience jusqu’à 15h pour avoir la chambre! Éclairage de la chambre nulle! Très mal éclairée! Nous sommes 4 mais seulement 3 serviettes disponibles! Il a fallu en demander 1 à la réception qui nous répond que c’est normal,il y a que 3 serviettes par chambre!!! On nous a qd même remis la 4e serviette!

They have put a LOT of work into upgrading & improving this hotel/resort & appear to be continuing to do so. The chalet kitchen was very nicely laid out & the clubhouse/bar VERY nice! The outdoor fire pits & outdoor seating areas very nice.

It was not clear in the description that the chalet I booked did not have a fire/fireplace in it. Only two of the chalets have the open fire/fireplace. I had wanted that for a snug night in. The chalet I stayed in was very nice, but I WAS a bit disappointed that it had no chimney & open fire.

My favorite thing about this property is that it looks exactly like the photos. It was clean in every space, and they provided everything we needed ( extra trash bags, dish detergent for kitchenette area, large body wash and shampoo & conditioner (even though I brought my own) I liked that it was set up perfectly. My husband just said we need to head back in the next few weeks, we enjoyed Big Bear Lake & staying at Sessions Retreat, made it even more enjoyable. We’ve already shared the booking info with some friends & family. Highly recommend staying here.

Bathroom space is small, but it’s a cabin. It’s bigger than other locations (snakes than a house size space). It still was clean & looks nice (so it’s no going to stop me from booking again). :)
