We stayed at Sessions for one night while attending the Oktoberfest. It was a very cute and trendy motel. The room was clean and perfect for our trip. We enjoying sitting by the fire pit at night. We will stay there again for sure.

"Comfortable beds and clean room"

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Not as close to the village as I thought it would be. They were initially putting us in a room where the heat did not work. They did move us to another room with working heat. Pool was not warm. No hot tub. Considering the price, Felt like there shouldโ€™ve been more.

In big bear for the tough matter for a few buddies. We enjoyed this spot. Rooms were clean, customer service was awesome. And the common area with the pool table. Came in clutch. Weโ€™ll definitely use this location again.

I had a bad experience at Cathy's Cottages with mice in my room so I moved here. Jacky at the front desk was so sweet and welcoming and the property is well maintained and very comfortable. I also liked that they did not charge more for weekend nights like all the other hotels in Big Bear. Next time I am in town, this is definitely where I am staying. Highly recommended. A+

"NO AC!!!!"

No AC!!! That about sums it up. For locals who are accustomed to having No AC and aware of this fact, that may be fine. However, if you're driving from out of town and expect a nice, cool room when you check into your hotel, do not stay here! When asked about this, I was told, " Oh we don't advertise if we have AC or not, Sorry". I find that practice highly unacceptable. If I had known, I would have never booked the reservation, particularly since I have certain health issues. My husband and I literally were in the room less than 5 minutes before we had to find other accommodations. And guess what, the Hampton/Hilton down the street had AC. I would definitely not recommend stating here during the summer. The winter may be fine as apparently they have heat, but no AC!
