The open concept of the suite was an unexpected amazing experience. The view from the suite I stayed in was spectacular. The architecture and ambience is brilliant. The staff and service is outstanding as well as the variety of cuisine served at resort.

Astounding views, just the right amount of privacy, and the most attentive staff I have ever experienced. Food and drink offerings were creative and delicious -- best all-inclusive ever! Great amenities and perfect location. It was the trip of a lifetime, and we can't wait to go back!

By far the very best place we have ever stayed. A little piece of heaven on Earth. Waking up every morning to the most beautiful and serene views and sounds made me never ever want to leave. The staff treat you like you’re a celebrity. As soon as you say you are a guest at jade mountain everything changes. If you are looking for a get away, look no further than jade mountain!

This place is just absolutely amazing! A must for couples or if you want to get away from it all. No TV but it's amazing because it makes you disconnect. Cell service is bad too so another excuse to disconnect, but there is free wifi (I connected after a few days). The major domos are amazing! They never say no to whatever you'd like. Went for a birthday and it was the best 2 days ever!

Pretty much perfect! There’s always things that can be better (the butlers can be a bit overwhelming when trying to help with EVERYTHING), but overall an absolutely incredible hotel, by far the nicest I’ve ever stayed in!!!

Nothing can prepare you for when they open the door to your sanctuary. PRICELESS. By far the best hotel I have ever stayed in( hard to stay any place else now). The staff is amazing, the food is amazing, the room is amazing!!!
