Jade Mountain Resort

I am very let down with my stay at Jade Mountain. First of all the rooms are outdated , and since there are no screens on the window of your room and your bed is outside there are thousands of bugs. The room was filled with so many bugs it looked like something out of a horror movie.

Stayed with my bride at Jade Mountain for four days and three nights. A gorgeous, luxurious and well thought out property, I'd highly recommend Jade Mountain to anyone that is considering. It's certainly not inexpensive, but we considered this an investment in ourselves and at the end of the day, an investment in ourselves that seemed well worth every penny. I'd recommend the higher level rooms (we stayed in Sun), but the whole facility is luxurious. There are only 29 sanctuaries overall. If you've never had butler service, it does take some getting used to, but the service was genuine and all employees were receptive and hospitable.

This place is just magnificent. Everything from arrival, during stay and farewell was just perfect. I just wish the road leading to the sanctuary was paved. Otherwise we really had a wonderful 50th Anniversary celebration. Thanks to the owners and stuff.

We stayed in a star suite JA3 and it was just beautiful! The pool, the view, the beach, the fabulous staff service, and the food made this trip unforgettable. We would love to make it back there someday!

Staff is on call for your every service need 24/7. If you want a certain drink in your room at 7 eveynight. Its waiting for you. Want them to unpack you or pack up your stuff they do it. Feel like a movie star for a week.
