We went to jade mountain fir our anniversary. The service was amazing. Our room was upgraded and we loved the pool in the room All employees were so respectful , helpful and full of energy. We love jade mountain so much that we have decided to go there every year for our anniversary. Breakfast was in the room was another thing that we enjoyed alot

You can not say enough about the shear beauty of the area, from early morning to late at night the view and feel of the area is incredible.

truly HEAVEN on earth!!! no other words to describe. delicious food, nicest people, hard working staff that do everything with SMILES. complete pampering for the entire week. our major domos Teddy, Okeda, Al and Vito are second to NONE. number one hotel and staff in the world!!!

My wife and I had a fantastic time. The hotel was beautiful. We had a room with an infinite pool overlooking the mountains, couldn’t ask for anything better. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff was superb. I’m a big foodie and I must say everything we ate was amazing. Highlight for me was breakfast in the room. You have to watch out for the very friendly birds but outside of that it was perfect. We didn’t explore the hotel much, with the view and a pool why would you want to. Check in and out was done in our room which was great. I would definitely return to Jada sooner than later. So far one of my favorite hotel stay.

If you enjoy paying 5k a night to get eaten by bugs and stay outside in 80 plus degree weathers getting eaten by bugs and mosquitoes and not have a wink of sleep because the bugs and creatures are so loud this place is for you

The rooms are unique and have spectacular views. The staff is attentive, friendly and so helpful. This is my favorite resort for a luxurious, romantic getaway.

It was literally paradise everywhere you looked. From the food, to the staff, to the atmosphere, it was impeccable!

Jade mountain is the best hotel ever !!! The service is incredible, they make you feel as if you are a celebrity. The moon suite is where i stayed is breathtaking !!! Worth every single dollar & i I will be returning !!!
