Jade Mountain Resort

I’ve stayed in many hotels throughout my life. This one isn’t even in the same universe. Unbelievable views and incredible attention to detail. Even in our first hour on the property we felt as if the staff knew us for years. Very quiet and low key, a great place to escape the stress and chaos of the real world.

Everything was amazing with the property. Room butler was amazing, property provided cell phones to call butler and room to room calling!

Beautiful views!! The resort was amazing and so were the pools.

Jade Mountain is INCREDIBLE!!! Beautifully appointed and exceptionally accommodating. My only complaint is the amount of stairs. I wish there had been an elevator but because of the design it isn’t possible.

Loved our stay here. Everything was very well taken care of by the staff who were extremely helpful during our stay. Any small or big request we had regarding food or resort services were handled professionally and in a timely manner by our designated butlers. Of course, you can't beat the view from the room. It's slightly on the expensive side but it's definitely worth the money.

The staff at Jade Mountain was absolutely fabulous. They made us feel like royalty and exceeded expectations. The views were amazing and the food was superb.

We absolutely loved the unique architecture of the resort, the top notch service and the most breathtaking views ever. The only thing we didn’t love was the bugs in our room at night and it would get a little hot in our room while sleeping. Overall, an amazing property, staff and excellent food.

Butler service, shuttle around the property, being in the jungle, the plunge pools, the uniqueness of the property. Road to get there is really rough but worth the drive up!

This truly was an experience. Upon arrival the staff was so warm, friendly and welcoming. The rooms views were amazing! The only thing I would change is the toilet did not have its own enclosed area, which was a little weird. Other than that it truly was a phenomenal place. Pricey, but with the view and service you get, worth it.

The views and the customer service was outstanding. They upgraded my room for my birthday. I didn’t like the bumpy road leading up to the hotel.
