趣のあるホテルで，古いけど良かった．

Very central location. No issues with checking in. Friendly staff (if a bit overbearing & constantly calling to "check in").

The images and description are quite misleading. It's not really a hotel; there is no reception or any facilities. The place is quite run-down, walls are thin with lots of noise from neighboring rooms and the bars downstairs. Rooms look nothing like the pictures-- dusty wardrobes, stained sinks and shower, and overall a distinct "prison cell" vibe. This would be maybe fine for a cheap hostel but not at this premium price.

I love the building. That is why I took a look in the first place. The rooms are different in a very cool way. I just loved the vibe! Bed was comfy, pillows were comfy!

Only suggestion is to add lighting by the bed for reading. Maybe an easy spot to plug in devices.

The location was great. The bed was comfortable.

To make up for the self-service style checkin checkout of a hotel that should be a normal hotel, the staff was annoyingly communicative. Although they were nice, I found the persistent calling/messaging just to check if I'm fine to be obtrusive. I didn't like that I could not change the dates of my stay without being charged more than the actual booking price, even though there was a free cancellation. I should be able to simply cancel a night rather than cancel the whole stay and then rebook the rooms. I did not like that there was a mirror panel above the shower!

I liked location, good size bed and overall a very nice room.

Terrible bed sheets, plastic feeling and some wierd smell on a pillow.

Boa localização, facilidade, disponibilidade de equipamentos (como ferro de passar roupas e secador de cabelo, além de itens de higiene pessoal). Funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos.

Um pouco de barulho em alguns dias da semana à noite, funcionários com horários restritos (mas não dificultou acesso) e o elevador que é realmente muito devagar.
