The location was excellent as it was right in the Gas Lamp District. Lots of restaurants and stores were nearby. The room was spacious. The bed was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly as well.

The floor was slightly sticky so keeping your shoes on or bringing indoor slippers is recommended. At night it gets quite noisy but that was something that we already knew beforehand. The towels shed lint like crazy.

I got the superior suit, and I must say it was quite big and nice, I really enjoyed the stay. Location was super central to all the bars and restaurant, 15min walk to the convention center and just tacos el gordo just on the opposite street 🌮 Oscar was very kind and was very helpful with all my questions. I had a problem with booking .com changing my room to a smaller size, even though I booked the bigger one, but oscar was so kind to just change my room back to normal and even let us stay on a higher level. Thank you Oscar again for your kind help and understanding.

room cleaning was not everyday, but it wasn't a big deal. Either way I enjoyed my stay a lot.

En mi caso, no afecto mi descanso pero considerar que si puede haber bastante ruido de noche porque es una area con bastante vida nocturna (sirenas, musica, karaoke, etc) Creo que adicionar cortina a la regadera no estaria tan mal, me quede con mi mamá y entre ganchos y una sabana nos las tuvimos que ingeniar para acondicionar un poco el area de la ducha, ya que si bien es cierto es mi madre, no es comodo tener que vernos tomar un baño.
