Paradox Resort Phuket

The property was well appointed and maintained; steps away from the beach. The infinity pool was outstanding and room service was fast and efficient. The hotel has made many upgrades and is continually renovating and improving. Right in the heart of Karon Beach, this hotel is a hidden gem.

Unbelievable location, beautiful resort, the friendliest most attentive staff. Great value too.

I had the most amazing time, the staff was super friendly. One person in particular stood out. Jude the bartender was incredible (flair, talent, and friendliness). I’m convinced to come back. Don’t forget to try the Swim up bar at the pool and grab a watermelon smoothie!

Beautiful resort, very relaxing and peaceful. I stay in the garden villa for 7 nights and I must say it was nothing but amazing. The room was very clean and specious. I love the plunge pool. The resort is in a great location, surrounded by many restaurants and shopping. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many food options. The staff was very welcoming and went beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. The spa service was wonderful. I definitely would stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at Paradox Resort Phuket in late March and had an absolutely fantastic experience. We chose the Penthouse Room/Suite, and it exceeded all our expectations. The highlight was definitely the private plunge pool on the rooftop – such a peaceful, luxurious spot to relax with a view. We spent every evening there watching the sunset and listening to the sounds of nature. The suite itself was spacious, elegant, and immaculately clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we loved the modern design and thoughtful details throughout the room. Everything felt very private and serene, which made our stay feel like a real escape from the world. The resort grounds are beautifully maintained, with lush greenery and easy access to Karon Beach just across the street. The staff were consistently helpful, friendly, and welcoming – from check-in to room service. We also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere of the resort, which made it feel like a true hideaway. We’ve traveled to Thailand multiple times, but this was one of our most memorable hotel experiences. We’re already looking forward to coming back to Paradox Resort on our next trip to Phuket – and we’ll definitely be booking the Penthouse Suite again!

Great location

We enjoyed just about everything about the property. We stayed in one of the villas and had the time of our life in Thailand. The staff was incredible! The food options at the resort were a bit limited, but that didn't matter much because you have so many other options just outside your resort on this beach strip.
