Paradox Resort Phuket

We stayed in the penthouse villa and it was one of the best experiences! We were looked after from start to finish, all the staff were so helpful. The room was spacious, well equipped, very comfortable beds. Having your own little plunge pool gives you extra privacy from the main pools. The breakfasts were divine, with a vast range of delicious foods. Cannot fault our stay, and will definitely come back! Thank you team

The property is top notch and 5 star for Phuket. Karon beach was beautiful and had access to a plethora of food and activities. Tour desk provided any activity you could want. The WiFi was fast and trouble free and the breakfast had more options than you could wish for.

Stayed here for a week leading up to Song Kran in a Garden Villa. We loved this hotel, our villa was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was good with a lot choice, the staff were all professional and very polite. We used the Mint restaurant and the Cafe Studio coffee shop - both really good. The hotel is in a good location between the beach and the Main Street. We’d love to come back here and would recommend it.

I will say we had a lovely stay, but would agree with other reviews that I wouldn’t call it 5 star. We didn’t have hot water when we arrived but it was quickly rectified once reported. We also had a decent leak come through the ceiling after a heavy rain which was also quickly rectified. Check-in was fantastic, the resort is lovely and the staff are very kind.

Very nice and peaceful property

An average hotel set opposite the very crowded Karon beach. Our room was good. A lagoon view room with its own plunge pool it was very comfortable and away from the noise. Breakfast here was excellent, I couldn’t fault it. Freshly made juices, fruits, eggs cooked to your liking, Asian style buffet, you name it they had it. Three swimming pools but all very crowded, mainly a Russian clientele. Oddly people dress up and get their photos taken by professional photographers in the gardens. Reception is currently being revamped so is in a temporary position and is a little small. Overall an ok stay but hotel is very large with too many people.

Other than the key cards constantly not working it was wonderful!

An amazing and relaxing time at Paradox. Clean, tidy and neat rooms with one of the most comfy beds I’ve ever slept in. Great views of the pool and sea from the room and massive balcony. Grounds are huge and well cared for, the pool area, restaurants and cafe are all well staffed, very clean and the food and cocktails are amazing. Happy hour by the pool each day is always popular. Studio cafe had just reopened during my stay and opted for their healthy breakfast which was great. It’s a few minutes walk to the beach, multiple markets and great restaurants. Many 7/11’s in the area for anything that you might need. Otherwise the resort menu, room service options have such a great variety. It was a most relaxing and memorable stay.

Great hotel, room and facilities. The staff were really helpful and friendly. We loved the beachside residence with the view of the beach / sunset from the balcony and access to the infinity pool. The location was great with the beach, shops and restaurants all in walking distance. The only downside was the noise from the road as its extremely busy all hours of the day.

Loved the resort, town was very busy though.
