Paradox Resort Phuket

As beautiful as this hotel is, it's really sad that there's no quality food or drinks or bars or restaurants or room service available. although there is the food in and drinks and coffee all with in walking distance. It's sad that I can get better food at the 7-Eleven than I can at this hotel. Otherwise it would be perfect. The pool is beautiful and large. The grounds are breathtaking. The staff was so polite and attentive.

If you want to be close to the beach this is a wonderful hotel. We loved our stay and selected it because it’s close to Karon Beach. Our room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. We walked to the beach and you can rent chairs at a reasonable price. There are many restaurants nearby, as well as laundry service. The pool is quite large and ther is a pool bar also. One day we took a taxi to Kata Noi beach to do a bit of snorkelling. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and highly recommend it. Karon beach is beautiful and not noisy.

The staff at the Paradox went above and beyond to meet all of our needs. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great hotel for families.

Bel hôtel mais vieillissant ! Le jardin et les 3 piscines sont superbes !! Tout est très bien entretenu il n’y a rien à redire … mais les chambres avec petite piscine ( très petite , taille jacuzzi ) auraient besoin d’un coup de jeune et de moderne au niveau déco ! En Suisse on ne parlerait pas d’un 5 étoiles … sinon les fumeurs ne peuvent fumer que dans certaines zones … incompréhensible car c’est en plein air et à deux mètres près tu fumes ou pas !!!!

Great location, close to local shops and Karon beach is accessible from the back of the resort. Its more quiet than Patong. The staff were incredibly helpful with directions. Spa service was quite relaxing as well. There are plenty of dining options and small markets close by and laudromats if you're planning a longer stay.

Good resort with good pools. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Staff all exceptional. Good breakfast but expensive.

Stayed here for 7days /6nights had a great stay friendly staff food was good nice pools location isn’t too far from all main attractions

All in all a very good resort, though big, has a very nice pool area with plenty of shade. Some staff go over and above to make you feel welcome. A special mention to Sao and Bee who kept us well supplied with “ water “ ( beer ) a running joke. Would have no qualms recommending this resort to friends and family.
