Die Dekorationen im ganzen Haus sind einem 5*Hotel nicht angemessen. Auch der Florist sollte dringend ausgewchselr werden.

This resort is beautiful; old classic style, mixed with modern details. The breakfast is lovely, and the facilities are just beautiful. The horse and carriage you can get from the hotel to go to a restaurant or do a tour with, is such a nice touch! We had a meeting in one of the side buildings, which was beautiful too - with panorama views of the Swiss alps (both from the conference room and the restaurant). I was staying here for work, but will definitely return with the family!

We ordered a Superior Signature 1 bedroom suite with a balcony and mountain view. The guy at the reception didn't explain to us anything about the hotel, as they usually do, just went with us to show us our room. When he was gone we realized that we were in a mansard roof room, which made it very hot, without fresh air, with low ceiling and claustrophobic feeling. It was almost impossible to breathe there. The room was nothing like we ordered. No balcony ,one toilet. We called the reception and asked to switch rooms. We waited for about 25 minutes and nobody came to help us. After half an hour we called reception again. After a while another manager came up to the room. She showed us another room and that room was also nothing like we ordered . The third room that she showed to us was closer to what we ordered , although with only one toilet and no mountain view. This exhausting negotiation took more than one hour so we agreed to take this room. We travel a lot and it had never happened to us before - getting something completely different from what we ordered . There was another issue during the checkout. When we ordered the room the website sad that we got 100 CHF credit per person for using hotel facilities . The person at the reception at first refused to include this in our bill, then she didn't want to include our child in the calculation arguing that the child was not eligible . Only after we showed her the print screen of the reservation, she agreed to make the necessary adjustment to our bill. It was the worst check in and check out experience in our lives. That is not something one would expect from a 5 star hotel .

Di speciale è rimasta solo la zona spa (salvo l’acqua leggermente fredda) mentre è sostanzialmente cambiato il servizio alberghiero: personale gentile a ma poco formato e professionale. Deludente anche il fatto che le uniche lingue utilizzate sono l’inglese ed il tedesco. Da un hotel di questo livello ci si aspetta una maggiore internazionalità, rispettivamente la conoscenza delle, o almeno di una seconda lingua nazionale/cantonali.

This was a last minute booking for a girls spa weekend and we couldn’t have picked a better place. Beautiful location and property. All the staff were super friendly and down to earth and couldn’t do enough for us. The food in each restaurant was really delicious too plus a great wine list too!! The room was very spacious and luxurious as was the spa with a great range of treatment options with really lovely therapists.

Der Service am Abend hat leider zweimal nicht einem Fünfsterne-Haus entsprochen. Der SPA mit Innen- und Aussenpool plus einem Schwimmteich ist sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind für den Preis etwas klein aber sehr sauber.

Top Hotel. However, we were offered to choose where to park the car without being told that there was a cost. Obviously we chose the garage to be then billed CHF 35 upon checkout. It’s not that I find this expensive, but I do expect transparency about pricing. So this little stain adds to what was a great stay other than that.

I celebrated my birthday together with my husband over 2 days stay in Waldhaus Flims. Everything, from location, personnel, food, spa, activities to the attention we were given was excellent. I highly recommended this accomodation for memorable moments!
