"Leider eher enttäuschend!"

Leider hat das Waldhaus unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Die Anlage ist zwar riesig, toll gelegen, gut angelegt, aber uns fehlten blühende Sträucher oder Blumen. Das Personal ist freundlich, aber es gibt auch Dinge, die gar nicht gehen - es wird nur der Mann mit Namen angesprochen!? Preis-Leistung grenzwertig - speziell bei einem Thai-Buffet (ohne Rind- oder Kalbfleisch, oder Ente). Einige Bauteile sind nicht mehr zeitgemäss und das Zimmer hatte für uns ein schlechtes Raumklima. Fazit: Kann man machen, muss man aber nicht...

Mauvais accueil, froid et hautain. Peu de personnel parlant français. Pas de clim dans notre chambre, nous n'avons pas pu dormir pendant 2 nuits à cause de la chaleur. Beau Spa.

Un complexe hôtelier magnifique, surtout le grand hôtel, très classique. Très beau spa, piscines, sauna, hammam, beaucoup d’espace et de luxe avec un service de qualité.

"Historisches Juwel im Wald"

Wie immer ein herrlicher Ort zur Entspannung. Für die ganze Familie ein Erlebnis. Leider nicht rollstuhlgängiges Hallen- und Aussenbad. Steile Treppe ins Hallenbad.

"First class hotel"

A very well kept hotel, service is great, breakfast buffet has everything you could wish for. Only eish i had known that the chalet rooms are in a separate building.

Hotelanlage sehr schön, Wellness & Spa auch wunderbar. Restaurant SIAM hervorragend. Teppichböden im Zimmer nicht unbedingt vorteilhaft, Badezimmer eher klein.
