The Approach Hotel

The ski-in-ski out location was perfect, right near the lift. There was a breakfast cafe on the 1st floor. The bed is kinda old, creaky and could have used more pillows. The room wasn't very well lit, one of our laps did not work.

We stayed in the dodgy side, was okay for the price but it could use an up keep

Location

Carpets in hallway and stairway were completely worn out. Rooms have absolute minimal amenities like a coffee machine and TV...That's really it. There is no fridge, which was a bummer. Pool facilities were really badly organized, with towels consistently running out, thrown all over the changing room floors and then piled up in stock rooms which were out in the open and disgusting to see. Jets in jacuzzi were not working at all. Parking is a hassle, especially if there is a biking/skiing event. You may need to park all the way on the bottom and take a Gondola to the top. It isnt worth staying at PINE INN. Pay a little more and stay at the diamond resorts condos (still part of panorama)

This is a great location and lots to do on the resort. Main pool is walking distance as well as some food options. The pine Inn is a bit run down but for the price is exactly what you would expect. Rooms were clean and service was excellent.

Was really happy with all of the COVID controls Panorama had in place. Was a great place to take a socially distanced holiday. Looking forward to visiting again.

Out door was perfect! only disappointed with the room was a little bit dust around the bed board and no microwave to heat food specially if you have kids have problem to get breakfast if you staying for 2 days!

Easy check-in, and great service. Close by amenities and great outdoor activities everywhere.
