Presidential Suites by Lifestyle - All Inclusive

We had a fantastic stay at Lifestyle Hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and well organized. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Our room was spacious and relaxing, and housekeeping did a great job. The overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming, which made our trip even better. We truly enjoyed our time here and felt well taken care of throughout our stay.

We stayed in the Sunrise Suites for 7 days over Christmas. Great views from our suite. Only drawback was that Sunrise Suites are above the casino and sports bar and quite noisy in the evening. We had all inclusive package and were quite happy with all food options and unlimited drinks. Pools were nice but the water was somewhat cold and none of the Jacuzzis are heated. Very nice set-up of cabanas at the beach with food and drink service. Unfortunately the resort did not offer any watersports activities at this time of the year. Tennis and pickleball courts were good and we enjoyed both. Only drawback of our overall experience was tour of resort after we first arrived. What was supposed to be a 1 hour tour of the amenities quickly turned into a 3 hour salespitch for Lifestyle resort vacation packages, which we were not interested in. Overall great experience and would consider coming back.

This resort was beautiful! All staff throughout the resort were super great and provided great service. Good drinks, good food, and the room was amazing!

Such a wonderful experience. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Any time I had a question or needed assistance it was provided. There was a little bit of a hiccup in the beginning, but they quickly addressed it and made sure to help my stay continue on smoothly. The ladies at the front desk was marvelous!!! The young lady who was lighter with glasses and curly hair on the side was so sweet. I had many questions and she always addressed them with a smile. The other young lady I think she works more at night brown-ish was so sweet as well. She was soft spoken but always helped when needed. I am very happy with the overall stay. Presidential Suites was quiet and perfect for my daughter and I. Tropical was up the street but close enough to walk to and join in on the fun. Loved breakfast at The Blues. The young man with curly hair and black glasses was attentive and sweet. The two bar tenders one very chocolate and the other a little lighter and fluffy made my stay so nice. They knew I needed a drink and an icee for my little one. Overall great stay. I would say the hotel rooms need updating. A little attention is much needed to update the rooms. Would love more entertainment. 9:30pm show was tooo late. Also wish the pools stayed open later. More food options between 5pm-6:30pm works be great. Would have loved if the kid slide near confressi was open. Also, the attendant at the kids club was not engaging at all.

Prepaid all-inclusive packages are subject to last-minute fee increases—other significant issues to also report, including misrepresented accommodations, poor service, and facility problems. Along with limited restaurant choices and inconsistent shuttle service - In addition to very aggressive salespeople trying to get everyone into the "Tower of Terror" for the Lifestyle/time-share pitch. There are also facility problems - limited hot water, shower leaks, limited air conditioning, and semi unresponsive staff

Nice, inexpensive resort. Beautiful beach, lots of pools and great service. Good for families. Met some great people while here. That said the rooms in the presidential suites left a bit to be desired. It wasn’t very clean upon arrival and the shower head has a lot of hard water build up. The beds are comfortable though. The food was pretty much the same selection most days but still good. Would recommend!

Our family and closest friends visited together to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday. The rooms were well appointed and the food was delicious. This review is primarily to discuss the customer service we received by Jefrey, the concierge. We needed a few room changes and an upgrade, and Jeffrey went above and beyond to make us happy. He was pleasant, attentive, and extremely professional and gracious. Presidential suites, you have a gem on staff!
