Hotel Alexander I

Great location , very close to the old town , breakfast was ok

When we arrived they had a problem with the room .they have send us to Alexander 2.In the second hotel they gave us an attic tiny room on the railway way.Every few moment the train has passed and we could not sleep.The staff was o.k and the breakfast as well. 15 minute from the old city.

I booked this hotel last year for my son (13)and husband for a very emotional journey on their trio to austwitz.this hotel was perfefically chosen as osrt of the journey.conrimstion i received and all paid for.when they got thrre they were told they didnt have a room for them due to a vomputer error.they sent them in the most dirtiest,smelliest tsxi to a different hotel.very run down,poor breakfsst and much further away.due to this my hubby was chsrged more for the trips and the taxi home.the hotel srnt bothered when i complained.they had their money so was a very unprofesdional response.i complsined to expedia who has now said nothing csn be done. Thanks all for ruining this trip for them!!!!! We are genuine hard working people and worked hsrd for this trip.a disgusting experience

the location was perfect just minutes walk from main square

No mini bar as stated, room was practically in reception. I could hear litterly every person who entered and exited the property throughout our stay.

It was very central. Just 8 min to main Square. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location near the main square.Good clean hotel with reasonable breakfast .

Return trip to Krakow. Have stayed at this hotel twice before on school trips. Good value for money and great location so close to the main square. Clean rooms and good choices of breakfast however the hotel is used for school trips so there might be associated noise from such groups. I can't however understand the hotel policy of only providing tea/coffee sachets for customers only on the first night. Would this really lead to financial ruin if available daily? This is clearly something other customers have mentioned and reflects badly compared to other hotels we have used in the city! The reception staff were efficient if not very friendly. However they did organise a great transfer back to the airport for us. A few tweaks could make this hotel really good.

THE HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN STAFF VERY ATTENTIVE TO ALL OUR NEEDS ONLY DRAW BACK NO BAR IN HOTEL BREAKFAST EVERY MORNING WAS EXCELLENT

Good location, kitchen / waitress staff are rude. No english channels on the tv in the room.
