Hotel was very good value for the cost. Room was very comfortable and the hotel is quite modern. Had never been to Russia so was not sure what to expect but we where very happy for choosing this hotel. The hotel is a little ways from city centre but only a 10 minute bus ride. The surrounding neighborhood is a little run down but was no big deal to us. Staff was very helpful and anybody that we spoke with at front desk was always able to speak english. Overall had a great time and what a beautiful city!!!! Would love to go back in the summer.

stayed for 9 nights, had a really nice stay at this hotel. Staff are friendly, they speak good english and very helpful. rooms are pretty big which is quite rare in many Spb hotels. Location of hotel is a little out of the centre, but there is metro station within 5 mins walk which can get u anywhere in city. In all, I would reccomend staying at this hotel.

Would definitely stay at this hotel again. All staff friendly and helpful. Receptionists all spoke very good English. Comfort of the bed was probably the best I've had in any hotel. Breakfast was good, with lots of choice. Only ate once in restaurant in the evening but would recommend it, food was very good. The warmth of the hotel was very good as it was -20 outside but lovely and warm in our room, and the rest of the hotel.

Everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff incredibly helpful. The hotel is close enough to the nearest Metro station that it is very quick to get to the main sights. The hotel has a small family feel about it. Everything is modern and immaculate. I was amazed at the low cost for everything I could need. When I go back to St Petersburg I will go straight here!

Hotel met the expectations we had based on the photos. Very clean and comfortable room with modern decorating. The staff was helpful and spoke English well. The breakfast was surprisingly good. The hotel is in a quiter neighborhood, which is nice. It's about a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station. Some sites are easier to walk to, but it does take some time. Our only real complaints were that the room was a little cold (thermostat didn't really work) and that the view was rather unattractive. This hotel is definitely a good value for the money!

Really lovely hotel in a quiet street of the city yet still within walking distance of everything (albeit just). Staff were incredibly helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Further from the "center of things" than I would have thought. Extremely long walk, otherwise you have to figure out the metro. Air conditioning did not really work in my room, and it emitted a strange smell. Surrounding area was slightly dilapidated. Staff was nice enough but didn't knock themselves out.

20 minute walk to first all the sites but also in a residential/small business area, so a chance to experience day to day living. Very attentive service and responded within 10 minutes to room related requests.

The hotel was very convenient>and the staff were very helpful.Did not particularly like the bar and the lobby-lacked atmosphere.
