5 min from Tube station + another 5-7 min in total from Nevsky. Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast. Solid 4 star European quality.

I can say in general it was good. Spacious room, good shower, clean. Only the beds themselves were unexpectedly tight like a child bed, with uncomfortable mattress (I’m talking about executive room with 2 twin beds). Breakfast is well presented, but not tasty (cheap products, bad cooking). The hotels’s island location maybe interesting in some way, but requires time planning according to the bridges raising. But again, in general the hotel is good.

NashOTEL was in the perfect location for us. But we weren't sure what the hotel or service would be like. We needn't have had any worries. The reception staff was excellent - very good level of English, and couldn't have been more helpful when we asked for places to eat. They even spotted that it was my brother's birthday from his passport and gave him a present as we were checking out. Couldn't recommend this hotel more highly.

The hotel itself is just perfect: good rooms, good services, perfect breakfast. I got exatly what I expected.

High cleanliness, personal attention with comfortable, well-appointed rooms and excellent service

Very reasonably priced hotel. It's located on a quite street, five minute walk from the metro station. The island itself is rather a bedroom community with not a lot of tourist sites. But the street is quite quiet, so I slept really well. The only improvement I would suggest is that the hotel buy room-darkening curtains for the windows. This obviously isn't an issue in winter, when the sum rises at 10:00 and sets at 16:00. But in summer - and I was there mid-May - I had to wear an eye mask to keep the sun from waking me up the in morning.

Good location, 10 minutes from metro, cozy room on the eighth floor, good breakfast buffet. Everything is perfect.

I keep returning to this hotel on my trips to St. Petersburg. The best about the hotel is the staff; really friendly committed to a high level of customer service, a rarity in Russia.

Really pleasant and well located hotel. Exceptionally friendly and helpful hotel staff. Only small issue with my first room on 2nd floor, which was above a quite noisy outhouse at the back of the hotel. Moved to 3rd floor, which fixed the problem.
