Well located, close to Metro. Interior of hotel is very modern & well maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly & helpful.

We stayed at the Nashotel for four nights, after three nights in a more centrally located hotel. Everything about the hotel was a delightful surprise. It's located in a pleasant, quiet suburban neighborhood, with a playground just down the street and food markets nearby. Breakfast, included, was substantial and delicious. The staff welcomed us with a welcome drink -- wine or a soft drink. The Metro stop was about five minutes away. It worked for us because we'd already figured out central St. Petersburg and it was one stop on the Metro to the center of the city. But the distance is a bit of a problem, especially if you're not that comfortable with super long escalators. St. P's Metro is very deep -- the deepest is 86 meters. The Vassilevsky Island escalator took three and a half minutes. There weren't many restaurants nearby and so we were back and forth on the Metro several times a day. But we were always glad to get back to the comforts of the hotel.

Nashotel Well located on an island just off of St Petersburg. The metro station is close by (10 minute walk) making it easy for sight seeing and getting here from the airport not using a cab....Stay away from them if you can. Check in was very easy, we had an Executive room which was very clean and modern. I found it hard to find a great deal wrong with this hotel, the only issues was no Tea or coffee making facilities in the room, you had to call down to reception who brought some up free of charge. We did miss a bath in our room but wasn't that important and the TV is very small. The buffet breakfast is ok, could be a bit better quality. I do have to mention Denis at Reception who was the most outstanding Hotel employee I have ever come across. We travel a lot and I've never come across someone so helpful and persistent as him. Our flights got cancelled due to the G20 on the 6th September and no flight where leaving from St Petersburg plus our Visa's ran out so we couldn't stay in Russia!! Not even stay an extra night in the hotel. Denis spent 4 hours with us organising a train back to Moscow at 1.40am and then our flight onto Vienna. This did cost us much more but was worth it with less stress with his help. Words could never thank him enough :) on top of all this, he organised a breakfast to go for the overnight 8.5 hour train ride. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone and would return here if I come back to Russia.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at NasHOTEL and would recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel in St Petersburg. The three most important things for us in choosing a hotel were that the staff spoke English, that there was good access to public transport and walking distance to some tourist attractions, and that there was a room big enough and comfortable enough for three of us, including the 6ft teenager! The hotel delivered on all of these. Not only do enough of the staff speak excellent English, but the standard of customer service is the very best too. An example – we forgot to get stamps for our postcards, only realising it as we waited for our taxi to the airport. No problem! We left the money for the stamps, and the staff arranged for them to be posted for us. A small thing, but it meant a lot. The location of the hotel, 5 minutes from a metro station, is perfect. It is also in easy walking distance of the city centre and the likes of the Hermitage. And now we come to the room – the best family room we have ever had! It was described as studio and it really was. The double sofa bed was made up ready for the large teenager and we all had plenty of room. The standard of the room was excellent – spotlessly clean. Other plusses were eating and drinking on the terrace in the evening, the good quality and range of the breakfast and of course the free wifi . I really can’t think of any shortcomings at all. Thoroughly recommended!

Beautiful, fresh, new, friendly, clean, helpful, professional... a perfect stay for ten days. No fitness center, but what you do in SP is WALK, and WALK, and walk some more. I was too tired to work out. Blissfully exhausted each day after the visual and cultural feast that is SP. What a GREAT city!

Great stay. Very friendly and helpful staff and great service. The location is a little out of the main centre but a very convenient Metro stop is located about 7 minutes walk from the hotel.

We stayed here for a long weekend Spring break in St Petersburg. As a group of two mothers/two teenage daughters we chose it because it was close to good transport in a safe part of town and seemed good value for money. It was a good choice: the hotel was squeaky-clean, had everything we needed and the reception staff could not have been more helpful. The hotel is fairly new and the pictures on the website are a fair representation of what you will find. Would happily use it again.

Great staff, very nice and tidy room. Good breakfast. 7 min walk from the metro station. Around the hotel is plenty of nice restaurant and cafe'. Strongly recomended.
