"Excellent service, quiet, boutique style"

Hotel is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood on the island. It is a fair hike over the river to the main attractions but scenic and interesting - and cabs are very reasonable. There is a subway nearby. The hotel was quiet, clean, felt safe. Décor is colorful, perhaps not for everyone but interesting. Hotel restaurant was outstanding. There are plenty of grocery and pharmacy stores nearby.

Excellent customer service. Hospitable English speaking staff. Clean, rooms cleaned every day. Nice size rooms with a view. Attention to detail. Centrally located on Basil Island. Nearby stores and restaurants. Good restaurant on property. Breakfast included. Value. Reception ordered a delivery pizza for me in Russian.

"Quiet location within walking or 1 stop on metro. "

The staff were extremely helpful and the hotel immaculate, a few nights stayed in are late at the hotel with great choice and a good bar to match.

"Nice hotel"

Very pleasant hotel with nice staff, only two drawbacks. It had a high indoor temperature, but that seems to be russian standard.. The breakfast was so-so

4 Starts hotel. Very good and highly recommended to all. Great neighborhood, 20 minutes walk to city center. A lot of shops around and food places. Also number 1 restoran in Spb 10 minutes walk. A++++++

"Quiet, convenient, friendly"

We enjoyed our stay very much. Felt safe in the neighborhood even at night, good public transportation, faboulous breakfast included, friendly and helpful staff and neighbors, quiet location. Great city!
