Das Hotel hat eine lange Geschichte und die fühlt man in jedem Moment des Aufenthalts. Das Frühstück im Garten war wunderschön. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und mit allem ausgestattet. Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage direkt am Fluss ist wunderschön. In ca 10-15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Innenstadt mit einer großen Auswahl an Restaurant usw. Ich würde das Hotel sofort wieder buchen.

The hotel is 125 years old, it has the elegance of a french colonial hotel with the efficency and friendliness of a Vietnamese hotel. The courtyard is a sheer delight to sit in the trees over 100 years old. The pool is surrounded by palms and trees offering good shade if required. Being over 125 years naturally some thing are, surprise surprise old, but that adds to the ambience of it. The courtyard was being repainted on our visit. The furniture in our highly polished solid wood floor room were truly magnificent, genuine anrique furniture. The staff were great, the tour lady in the foyer was a mind of useful information and well worth talking to.

Địa điểm rất thuận lợi cho tham quan Huế, đối diện sông Hương, gần 2 cầu Tràng Tiền và Phú Xuân, có thể đi bộ để đến các địa điểm tham quan, mua sắm, ăn uống cũng như phố đi bộ khoảng cách 5-700m. Buổi tối thứ 3 5 7 từ 19-20h có chương trình ca nhạc live ngay khuôn viên khách sạn rất hay. Sáng sớm có thể đi bộ và tập thể dục dọc sông Hương đối diện khách sạn.

This is a priceless place for those who are interested in indochine culture (back to years of 20s). Location is beat; services are standard and beautiful garden with traditional music at night is out-standing!

Les sanitaires sont à améliorer, tout comme les éclairages de la salle de bain et de la chambre.
