"Retour chic dans le passé"

"L’expérience rare d’un grand hôtel de caractère"

Un hôtel de caractère, l.expérience d.un grand hôtel classique, un lieu de mémoire comme hors du temps, un jardin merveilleux, l’emplacement idéal en bord de rivière, proche de la belle promenade , un havre paisible pour se reposer du rythme effréné des grandes villes, une piscine très agréable, un restaurant parfait, le confort des chambres, la magie des couloirs…

La climatisation de notre chambre produisait une odeur de renfermé, un diffuseur d’huiles essentielles a été mis à notre disposition cependant

perfect located in the heart of Hue, helpful staff, historic and charming building, nice breakfast in the romantic garden restaurant

some construction in place (but no noise during the night), in the garden restaurant the western style food is not recommended

Upgraded to a larger room, prompt room service, central location.

Very busy at breakfast & not as much choice as previous hotel we came from, older style pool did not look too inviting.

"Excellent"

The general hotel atmosphere is really nice, location is great. Nice breakfast. The beds are large and comfortable

We can feel the hotel used to be more fancy than it really is today, I think it could now use a bit more of refreshment though. It still has a lot of potential. The family rooms are really big and nice, but we had a very annoying issue of our AC that was leaking water on the floor late in the evening (the AC looks quite old), they tried to fix it for 30 minutes, then decided to change the room but the AC was delivering air that was smelling quite bad.
