"Never again Quintessa"

A couple of weeks before our arrival in Kyushu, the hotel informed me that there will be no hot water supply for 2 days during our stay in Nov, the beginning of cold season. The only alternative given to me was to cancel my booking. There was insufficient time for us to find alternative accommodation for 7 people. The other alternative given was for us to use a nearby public bath, but the hotel did not bother to make arrangements with the public bath nor let us know that we have to bring our own towels, soap and shampoo. Imagine we paid the fee, took out our clothings, but ended up having no shower!!

部屋は広く、綺麗でした

設備　水栓が混合でなく、水とお湯の水栓、温度調整が大変、結局水の無駄、環境対応しているホテルであり得ない。 浴槽と壁のあいだのシールが切れていた、耐久性の低下に繋がる。耐久性の低下は、環境対策の不備では？
