グレードアップなかったよう 食事味濃く野菜の煮浸し等が多かった 前日予約だと食事代が得やすくなるようだが、事前予約にもう支払っているので？ ハウステンボスのホテルオークラの方が安くとても良かった。

商店街の近くで夕食などの利便性は良かった

ルームキーが1枚しかなく、もう一枚欲しいとフロントに行くと「別行動されるんですか？」「カードは一枚しかありません」という対応が不親切であり得ない対応だった。 学生の団体や中国人の団体が多く忙しなく、煩かった。 タクシーの手配をお願いする際も「45分で着くと聞いている」と伝えても「1時間半です」とだけの回答で下道を使うからという補足もないし、機械的な対応で高圧的に感じた。笑顔もほぼなく、プライベートで使用するにはおすすめしない。
