Sir Thomas Hotel

Location, good breakfast.

Tired looking both outside and in. No air conditioning or mini bar in room. USBs in room didn’t work.

The room and building were lovely. Breakfast was tasty. It was very close to the places we wanted to visit.

Our TV didn't work and we weren't able to get that resolved before we left. We asked in the evening and the employee was unable to get to our room so after an hour or so we said to forget it for the evening since we'd be going to bed. He was going to have someone come the next day, but when we came back to the room that evening, it still didn't work. The fact that it was close to many things meant that leaving the window open at night brought in many sounds of the city.

The hotel is perfect for a stay in Liverpool, will definitely use it again. We arrive early and our rooms were ready so we could check in early which was a blessing.

The breakfast was lovely, but definitely need more than two girls on for service.

Reserve 2 habitaciones con cama deluxe con cama extra grande. Me dieron 1 y 1 matrimonial. No me resolvieron ni me bonificaron nada

Great walkable location to city centre Liverpool. Lovely modern bathroom. Excellent breakfast and exceptionally good staff. Well done Sir Thomas!

Bed was small, was a double but most hotels these days provide a king as a minimum. Mattress could do with replacing.
